This includes NCSBN membership achievements, financial and business information including operating statements and listings of the Board of Directors, committees and staff that follows NCSBN’s fiscal year spanning Oct. 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2022.

NCSBN's recently released research projects a significant nursing workforce shortage in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This presentation details how the pandemic impacted nurses, how many left the workforce in this period and forecasts how many more plan to leave nursing. The presentation also includes a panel discussion with nursing leaders on possible solutions.

In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, as clinical site restrictions were implemented, education programs leading to licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse (LPN/LVN) degrees increasingly relied on virtual simulation-based experiences to provide clinical training to their students.
