Report of Findings from the 2019–2020 Nurse Aide Job Analysis and Knowledge, Skill and Ability Study (Vol. 87)
This study reports the importance ratings for activities performed by certified entry-level nurse aides/nursing assistants (NAs) employed in various health care settings. The findings from this study are used to evaluate the validity of the test plan, content outline and examination questions for the nurse aide certification examination.

NCLEX Examinations Webinar Series: NCLEX Initial and Ongoing Maintenance
Engaging in initial and ongoing standardized practices is part of keeping the NCLEX a reliable and valid licensure exam where the examinee has an equal opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge. As nursing practice evolves, it is essential to consistently ensure exam items reflect the same. This session will describe the standardized methods, such as the Nursing Regulatory Body Review and other practices used to maintain a valid and reliable exam used for entry-level licensure purposes.
